You need to choose a 6.5MM round cut center stone, ranging 0.85 ctw to 1.20 ctw for the center mount. Pre-embellished are 3 each, total 6, prong set round cut diamonds on the triangular mounts, and 6 each, total 12, prong set round cut diamonds on either side of the shank. Also seen, is a 14 karat yellow gold milgrain Lattice on the sides, and a bezel set round cut diamond each at the center front and back of the gallery.
